The Jackson Appreciation Club is a group of concerned citizens, businesses, organizations and churches of Jackson, Mississippi who want to change the perception of our city. By joining together, we will take a stand and demand change in our communities and city. The focus of the club is for residents to get involved in their communities by cleaning up trash, speaking out about crime, and helping their communities appreciate in value.
The club was formed to give residents a voice, and to let the Jackson Metro area know that there are citizens who care and love the city of Jackson. The club asks others to demand change and get involved by using three action steps: (1) To speak out about the negativity you see in your community; (2) Clean up your neighborhood; (3) Influence others to help in this effort by joining.
